September 24 is International FH Awareness Day. Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH), or hereditary high cholesterol, increases the risk of cardiovascular disease and premature death. A photo series highlighting the physical characteristics of FH was previously created.

The same photographer is now working on a new series focused on families’ experiences with genealogy. The photos show that genealogy spans multiple generations. So far, five families have participated. By sharing these photos and their experiences, we hope to help other families with their genealogy research.
