At home in FH | New campaign for primary care

A flipchart is now available for nurse practitioners and primary care physicians to use when educating people with suspected FH.

An FH knowledge quiz for nurse practitioners and general practitioners will be available here soon. You can also find us at a booth on October 3 and 4 at the Nurse Practitioner Conference and the Cardiovascular General Practitioners Conference, where we’ll be raising awareness about FH.
